Summary

Ahmyo is a Zen word for absolute self-trust. Its opposite is makyo, spiritual distraction. When you consciously breathe and infuse your Self into objects in your life, you’re no longer creating separation between you, your spirit, and your material world. Breathing life into those objects helps them serve you in a whole new way. Some people think humans need to be controlled; others welcome change.

Highlights

  • You're already awakened, ascended, and enlightened; it’s natural. Now relax and choose how you got there.
  • Some, like you, believe humans are inherently good and will make the best decisions if given true choice.
  • Spirit, the eternal one, can't do what you can. When you wake up joyful, Spirit feels the same.
  • Beliefs are like acting. If you know you're acting, it’s fun. If you forget and take it seriously, it can hurt.
  • True living is spontaneous, in the moment, driven by intuition and gnost.
  • You're programmed to think you must figure everything out. You don’t! Let go, give up the game and have fun!
  • Ahmyo means absolute trust in yourself, not the outside world, other people, deities, entities, or aliens.
  • The opposite of Ahmyo is makyo, which is spiritual distraction or B.S.
  • As your soul and self unite, start infusing the beautiful energy of your God-self into objects in your life.
  • By resisting full embodiment on Earth, you separate yourself from your planet and your belongings.
