The Wisdom of A Child
Yesterday I was teaching my daughter how to blow bubbles - she is 26 months old.

First she wanted to open the pot herself, but did not know how to - she had not learned the technique yet, and it occurred to me that was because she was not yet ready to handle the contents.

Then she wanted to hold the wand - ditto the above, bubble solution all over the place. Messy, messy, messy.

Then she tried to make bubbles by pushing the liquid through the wand with her fingers. Uhuh!

And then, when she finally got it that she had to blow, she wanted to push her lips through the wand and do it that way. Yuck.

But then she looked up toward the ceiling, said 'bubble' and gave the wand and pot to me to hold up to her. She then breathed in, gave a gentle little 'phtt' with her gorgeous lips, and there appeared a stream of glistening bubbles from the wand. Far more than either of us expected.

I just thought it was a very beautiful and innocent reminder of how easy life can be if we stop trying to control it and just breathe.

In this week's episode...

Indy is shopping at her favorite thrift store, ruminating about her problems, other people's problems, the world's problems, the universe's problems...when CLEAR across the store a child being pushed around in a shopping cart yells out loud...I'M BORED.

Later, Indy wonders -- was it Kuthumi? St. Germain? Tobias? Quan Yin? who tipped that whole ROW of books off the shelf, right into her path as she approaches the "local authors" section at Barnes & Noble. Indy spends hour after clueless hour ruminating, over a cafe' mocha and brownie, just what this might mean.

The “Silent Shoud”
Shaumbra from all over the world agreed to “meet” at the usual time on the first Saturday of the month (when the Shoud usually happens), even without the usual broadcast. Here are a few of the comments:

It is good to be together with you all again.

I have been anticipating today wondering how it will all go. This is pretty exciting, a gentle focusing of our energies together without the "placeholder" energy of the Cold Creek Canyon activity today. Cool!

"Home is where the heart is," and my heart is with you all.

There is now a feeling of completion, like a work drawing to a close; the sense of excitement is still there, still hovering like a feather in the breeze but it is muted now, contained within its little box within our souls ready to be brought forth in the next few days when the occasion to celebrate arises - as it will. We are now ready to party, to cast off the stiffness and to allow our limbs and hearts to be filled with joy and passion and energy. And we will dance and sing and laugh - and compare notes. "How was it for you?" we will ask, and we will nod in agreement and gasp knowingly at our tales, our experiences and how much wonderment is felt in just the beingness of being.

Well, Shoud time for east coast Aussies during winter is 6am. I still managed to stir and consciously connect as per "normal"....then drifted into that half sleep state (as per normal).... I dreamt I made it to the final three of the latest series of Big Brother....then decided to address a continuing issue during the Q&A...when I 'woke' not only had someone posted a Kuthumi channel answering it but I also found my own solution that is so easy and has been under my nose the whole time....

yay....
