It’s an interesting thing to feel the pulse of Shaumbra. After all, we come from all walks of life and every corner of the Earth; we range from 90 years young to ancient souls just coming in; we have anything from $1.37 in our bank account to a villa in paradise; we are male, we are female, and most of us are a little of both! So how does one take the pulse of Shaumbra?

Why… take a breath and FEEL of course!

I’ve been feeling Shaumbra these last few days and we seem to be particularly animated and busy. There’s a quiet buzz – or a dull roar – of New Energy that is rumbling through Shaumbra-land. We’re creating, releasing and living like never before. In just the last few days Shaumbra have been birthing new creations; getting publishers suddenly interested in their new books; finally moving through some old stubborn inner blocks into true freedom; receiving unexpected invitations to be guest speakers; creating inspiring objects, projects, and teaching materials; and many are simply walking away from everything familiar and taking a leap into the Unknown – because their hearts will wait no longer.

It may be true that we’re all doing different things around the world, but what we have in common is changing the world!

We have Courage – to make that leap, to bare our soul, to speak our truth, to walk away, to love ourselves the most.

We have Trust – that our wings will work, that our soul IS beautiful and whole, that our truth is worthwhile, that the path will appear under our feet, that our love will be enough.

And we Laugh – as we disappear over the cliff, discover how much we have in common, try to get our words out in a straight line, and see the funny looks from others as we whisper encouragement to ourselves.

We Shaumbra have been through the winter of our soul. The seeds we’ve planted over the last few hundred lifetimes have been waiting, dormant. Now the warm spring of our awakening is taking hold and our lives are bursting forth like never before.

Those around us may be finding themselves sinking into the cold dark night of their own necessary winter because they have seeds to incubate for a while too. They may be drawing within and might even be feeling panic as everything in their life seems to die. But we’ve been there, done that, and we know what happens when that internal thaw begins. It’s not something that can be rushed, but spring will come for certain, and that is the promise that Shaumbra brings to the world.

Every time you love yourself, every time you create something, every time you smile, every time you weep, every time you welcome the day – you bring the Sun of new awareness to a world frightened of the winter. And we’ve only just begun!
