Shaumbra Institute offers a number of workshops. Besides providing important and useful spiritual information, the workshops also incorporate personal exercises to activate a process of deep personal transformation that typically continues long after the workshop itself is over. These workshops are facilitated by certified Shaumbra Institute teachers and use video recordings of channeled messages. The teachers are trained to provide a safe space in which students can experience the materials and conduct their individual exercises. Besides having attended the workshop, the main requirement to be accepted into a specific training is that you have some experience with energy work.
