If you see question marks (or empty rectangles) for any certain language above, it is because you haven't loaded that character set on your computer.

If you'd like to see any non-Western European character on a Windows PC, go to "Windows Update". It can be found in the Tools menu of Internet Explorer or the Start menu of Windows. It makes it easy to upgrade various parts of Windows. Character sets show up at the end of the upgrade list after you've gone through the procedure of clicking on "Product Updates" and "Yes" for the Microsoft Update tool certificate.

If you're seeing question marks, you're using Netscape version 4.7 (Help menu -> About Netscape/Communicator). It appears to not support dynamic loading of character sets. If you are using it and would like to see the other character sets you loaded via Windows Update, we recommend choosing "Software Updates" from Netscape's Help menu and upgrading your browser.
